Surrounded in love, infant baby boy Reese Owen Gaffney left this world and entered heaven on Saturday, October 21, 2023.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory: parents, Tremaine & Mackenzie Gaffney of Bennettsville, SC; maternal grandparents, Joseph Murphy Jr & Allyson Murphy of Bennettsville, SC; paternal grandparents, Jamie Gaffney & Latasha McKevie of Aiken, SC; aunts & uncles, Natalie Bagley (Scott) of Fuquay Varina, NC, Sharmaine Gaffney of Aiken, SC, & Owen Murphy of Bennettsville, SC; paternal great-grandparents, Larry Jones (Tonia) of Angier, NC & Willie Mae Samuels (Will) of Aiken, SC; maternal great-grandmother, Betty Lewellen; and a host of great-aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members and friends.

He was proceeded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Joseph Murphy Sr, Sylvia Murphy, Thomas Lewellen, and Odessa Richardson.
