Precious Baby Girl Frankii Raylynn Locklear entered her heavenly home on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. She was the beautiful daughter of Dustin “Duck” Ryan Locklear and Sonya Lynn Caulder.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, John Franklin “Frankie” Locklear, paternal great grandmother, Flora Dell Radford, paternal great grandparents, Lee and Addie Mae Locklear, and maternal great grandfather, James E. Moore, Jr.

She is survived by her parents listed above; maternal grandparents, Charles & Shirley Moore Caulder ; paternal grandmother, Pansy Freeman; maternal great grandmother, Betty Chavis Reeves; uncles and aunts, Chuck & Heather Caulder, Chris McGirt, Carson Locklear, Amy Kersey, Tami Caulder, LaSheena Locklear, Melissa Dew, and Kathy Lewellen; cousins, Harley, Tyson, Kennedy, Rayna, Kassie, Cole, LaKara, Little Johnnie, Angelique, Peyton, and Zoey; and many other beloved family members and family friends.

A graveside service officiated by Rev. Kenny Bryant and Rev. Donald Deal will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, November 15, 2021, at Daniel Chapel Church Cemetery, 2129 Daniel Chapel Road, McColl, SC, 29570.
