Bobbie Lee Wiggins Jordan passed away April 23, 2025, at her residence in Bennettsville. She was 87 years old.
Born August 7, 1937, Bobbie was the daughter of the late Floyd and Lena Martin Wiggins. She was married to the late Harold Jordan and dedicated her life to taking care of children, her home, and family. Bobbie loved the Lord, and she loved her family. She loved cooking for them and enjoying family meals together and staying home raising her children. In her spare time, she enjoyed playing Bingo and getting her hair and nails done.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents, listed above; sons, Mitchell, James, and Monroe Jordan; daughter, Patricia Sweatt; brother, Ed and Bud Wiggins; sisters, Lena bell Wiggins, Edna Wiggins Hardee; and great-grandson, C.J. Jordan.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, son, H.L Jordan (Paula) of Bennettsville; brother, Roland Wiggins (Patricia) of Florence; sister, Ruby Scott of McColl; grandchildren, Charlie Jordan ( Gina), Hanna Jordan, Eric Jordan, James Jordan, and Jonathan Jordan; 7 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Bennettsville Second Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Jacob Orr. Burial will follow at Rogers Cemetery in McColl. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2 p.m., just prior to the service.
