Caitlyn Danielle Brigman, age 30 of Bennettsville, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at Mcleod Hospice House.

Caitlyn was born May 13, 1995, in Chesterfield County. She was a daughter of Richard Brigman and Michell Creech Freeman. Caitlyn worked as a loan officer. She had a loving heart. Caitlyn always wanted to help others, even when she was struggling. She was full of compassion. Caitlyn was a hard worker and always looking to excel at her job to provide a good life for her children. She loved her nieces and nephews and always brought them a treat when she saw them. As a small child, she was a daddy’s girl. She was lovingly called “Pippi” by her mother, father, and close family. Growing up, Caitlyn enjoyed sports and hunting. As an adult, she enjoyed spending time with her kids. Caitlyn loved her three precious children. She loved watching movies with them and cooking their favorite foods. Caitlyn shared a strong bond with her sisters. Even with the sisters didn’t always agree, they still came together because family was very important to her. Caitlyn will be missed by her family and friends that she loved deeply.

Caitlyn was preceded in death by a sister, Jacy Chavis; paternal grandparents, Richard Brigman, Sr. and Darlene Brigman; paternal great grandmother, Lillie Chavis; maternal grandmother, Helen Creech; special Papa, James Freeman; and special grandfather, Troy Chisholm.

Caitlyn is survived by her sons, Jamari Brigman and Kayden Brigman of Bennettsville; a daughter, Aurea Harley of Bennettsville; mother, Michell Creech Freeman (Mitchell) of Bennettsville; father, Richard Brigman (Danielle) of Patrick; sister, Chelsey Covington of Clio, Trinity Brigman of Patrick, and Callie Stubbs (Cody) of Bennettsville; brother, Peyton Brigman of Patrick; grandfather, Jackie Creech (Eva) of Cheraw; special grandmother, Betty Chisholm of Patrick; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family members also survive.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. at Victory World Outreach Center. Burial will follow the service in Sunset Memorial Park.

A time of visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025, from 2:30 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. at the church.
