Isaac Lee Edge, III, age 73 of Bennettsville, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025, at his residence.

Isaac was born November 20, 1951, in Hope Mills, NC. He was a son of the late Isaac Lee, Jr. and Margaret Cashwell Edge. Isaac was a veteran of the United States Navy. He loved being outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and tinkering with small engines. Isaac also enjoyed visiting with family and friends. He also loved a short bed truck.

In addition to his parents, Isaac was preceded in death by a son, Isaac Lee Edge IV; a brother, Phillip Jasper Edge; and a stepson, Charles Thurston.

Isaac is survived by his wife, Deloris Tew Edge of the home; sons, Michael Louis Edge (Nikki) of Missouri and Isaiah Lamar Edge (Frances) of Wallace; daughters, Victoria Rodriguez of Texas, Bridget Edge Griggs (William, Jr), and Brandy Kaylee Edge both of Bennettsville; brothers, William J. Edge (Judy) and Thomas Randall Edge both of Bennettsville; grandchildren, Michael Edge, Zackery Edge, Charleigh Edge, Veronica Edge, Mark Edge, Francisco Edge, Ashley Kaylee Edge, Lacey Chetara Edge, and Isaiah Lamar Edge, Jr.; stepdaughters, Joann Cejay, Rachel Floyd, and Lydia Sapien, all of Texas; several other extended family members also survive.

The family is planning a memorial service for a later date. An announcement will be posted once details are finalized.
