Jessica Craft Marlowe

Jessica Craft Marlowe passed away Monday, March 2, 2026, at Bennettsville Health & Rehab after a brief illness. She was 79 years old.

Born April 11, 1946, in Bennettsville, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Craft and Pearl Alexson Tesluck. Jessica was a member of Bennettsville Second Baptist Church and worked for many years as a retail manager.

She enjoyed baking, crafting, crocheting, watching sports, cheering on Duke basketball, and supporting the New York Yankees. Most of all, she cherished time spent with her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Louis Kevin Brown and Daniel Arthur Marlowe; grandchildren, Christopher Charles Marlowe and Katie Marie Marlowe; great-grandchild, Colin Tate Bogan; and great niece, Hannah Sower.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Marlowe; her sons, Joey Brown and Ronnie Marlowe; her stepfather, Joe Tesluck; her brothers, Arthur Glenn Craft and Michael Craft; her granddaughter, Brittany Brown; nephew, David Craft.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, March 6, 2026, at Burroughs Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Kenny Bryant. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
