Lillie Virginia Dew Berry, age 93 of Bennettsville, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at her residence.
Lillie was born November 12, 1930, in Bennettsville. She was a daughter of the late John and Julie Quick Dew. Lillie attended Bennettsville First Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed cooking and doing yardwork. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Eugene Berry; a sister, Jennie Bell Sanders; nephew, Willie Thompson; and niece Flossie Thompson.
Lillie is survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
A graveside service to celebrate Lillie’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Tart cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.
