Linda (Driggers) Griggs

Linda Driggers Griggs, age 64 of Bennettsville, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, after a sudden illness.

Linda was born June 10, 1959, in Bennettsville. She was a daughter of the late Jasper and Jean Mudd Driggers. Linda was a homemaker who liked fishing and being outside. She was always the life of the party. Linda enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a “one of a kind” mama. And she was the “Best Maw-Maw Ever.”

In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a sister, Karen Haithcock.

Linda is survived by her husband, Glenn Griggs of the home; a son, Carl Keating (Jessica) of Camden; daughters, Amy Keating Coleman (Will) of Bennettsville, Angela Keating (Dylan) of Bennettsville, and Dee Keating (Mario) of Spartanburg; a sister, Patricia Altman of Bennettsville; grandchildren, Austin Coleman (Madie), Chris Coleman, Dylan Coleman, Hailey Nolan (Derek), Joshua Keating; great grandchildren, Jaxon, Derek Jr, Brayden, and Noah; several other extended family members also survive.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 30, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at Burroughs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow the service at Hebron Cemetery.

A time of visitation will take place on Friday, one hour prior to the service, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Burroughs Funeral Home Chapel.
