Lucille (Malloy) Threadgill

Cheraw, SC Lucille Malloy Threadgill, 89, of Cheraw, SC passed away Saturday, December 11, 2021 at her residence. She was born April 9, 1932 in Chesterfield County, SC a daughter of the late James and Lucy Malloy. Mrs. Threadgill attended Anointed Word Ministry in Cheraw until her health wouldn’t allow her to. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Lucille enjoyed watching westerns, dipping snuff (her candy) and drinking coffee.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Lucy Malloy; a son, Kenneth C. Threadgill; two daughters, Christine Threadgill and Frances Threadgill; a brother, James Malloy; and three sisters, Edna B. Malloy, Sarah Sweeney and Ada Malloy.

Survivors include her daughter, Melba Leviner of Wallace, SC; eight grandchildren, Kenneth Ray Leviner, Chasity L. Steen (Jason), Lance P. Leviner, Donna Caulder, Timmy Creech, Linda Benefiel, Wendy Baker and Greg Baker; eighteen great-grandchildren; eleven great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 AM, Monday, December 13, 2021 at Burroughs Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
