Nancy Graham Jackson passed away Saturday, March 22, 2025, at McLeod Medical Center of Cheraw. She was 73 years old.
Born in Bennettsville, Nancy was a daughter of the late Johnnie and Lela Clark Graham. She grew up in Marlboro County and established herself here as a self-employed businesswoman. She along with her former husband Jennings Jackson owned and operated Jackson’s Texaco and Jackson’s Grocery for many years where she was known for her “Famous” chili. She loved travelling, shopping, spending time with her family (especially the grandkids), she was adventurous and enjoyed life. She will be deeply missed.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; former husband, Jennings Jackson; granddaughter, Daisey Jackson; brother, Carl Graham; sister, Betty Jackson.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her sons, Keith Jackson, Charles Wayne Jackson, and Jason Legrand Jackson, all of Bennettsville; grandchildren, Graham Jackson, C.J. Jackson, Charles Wayne Jackson Jr., Lexi Rae Jackson, Amber Jackson Herndon, Jordan Jackson; great-grandchildren, Paul Jennings Perkins, Scarlett Daisey Jackson, Teinlyn Bexley Perkins, Thomas-Wayne Graham Jackson, Remington June Jackson, Walker Jennings Jackson, and Lucas Caulder; and many other beloved family members and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Burroughs Funeral Home, followed by burial in Beaverdam Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00PM until 8:00PM Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at the funeral home.
