Nina Jo Lane

Nina Jo Lane, age 36 of Clio, SC passed away on May 7, 2022 after an illness. Nina was born in Scotland County, a daughter of the late Timothy Smith Hanke and Jo Ann Lane Hanke. She was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Nina was a free spirit with a heart of gold. She was a loving person, and she was very independent. Nina loved her time in Hawaii, where she enjoyed surfing. She also had a deep love for her chihuahua, “Champ.”

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Analaea Rogers.

Nina is survived by her mother, Jo Ann Lane Hanke of Clio; a sister, Audry Lane Hanke of Clio; several other extended family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, May 15, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at the McLucas Cemetery.
