Samuel Brock O’Neal, 31 passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at his residence in Florence, SC.

Born June 15, 1990, in Florence, SC. He was the son of the late Thomas Arthur “Art” O’Neal, III and Robin Brock O’Neal. He graduated from Dillon Christian and attended NC State University.

Sam was a devoted son, a loving brother and uncle. He was the happiest child and was affectionally known by some as Skippy. Some of Sam’s fondest memories were Boy Scouts, playing soccer and shooting guns. He enjoyed learning and talking about history and was loved by everyone.

He is predeceased by his father, Thomas Arthur "Art" O'Neal, III and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Arthur O’Neal, Jr.

He is survived by his loving mother, Robin Brock O’Neal; brothers, Thomas Arthur O’Neal, IV (Joy) and Robert Luther O’Neal (Sabrina); nephew, Brock Hayes O’Neal; nieces, Charlotte Claire O’Neal and Elizabeth Kate O’Neal; grandparents, Bobby and Shirley Brock; aunts, Donna O’Neal and Polly Hudson.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at Brownsville Baptist Church. A visitation will be held from 5-6 P.M. just prior to the service at the church.
