William "Bill" Thomas Finley

William “Bill” Thomas Finley passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022, at Scotland Memorial Hospital. He was 81 years old.

Born April 16, 1941, in Crystal Springs, MS, Bill was a son of the late Marvin “Jack” and Elizabeth “Libby” Lotterhos Finley. He was a graduate of Mississippi State University and served in the Army National Guard. He was a retired, self-employed kitchen designer and installer. Bill loved spending time with friends and family. He also enjoyed traveling, golfing, dancing, cooking, entertaining, and fishing, especially at Lake Yucatan, La.

He was preceded in death by his parents, listed above, and brothers, Gene and John Finley.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife, Brenda Finley; children, David Lawrence and Laura Hardee; sister, Ann Ryan (Richard); grandchildren, Kyle (Jennifer), Ashley (Chris), and Riley; great-grandchildren, Alivia, Laura Grace, Kolten, Phoenix, Waylon, and Maddox; special niece, Rachel (Richard) and their baby daughter, Libby; and many other beloved family members and friends.

A private service will be held at a later date.
